Crimson Warden turns your VRChat group's audit log and your Discord server's moderation into searchable cases, reason tickets, staff activity and instance reports, kept separately for each group.

What it does today
Each item below exists in the running Crimson Peaks bot. Where a number is estimated, the dashboard says so.
Reads your group's audit log through a read-only account: instance kicks and warnings, group bans, unbans and removals become cases with stable IDs like CP-0012. A ban's own instance kick is folded into the ban, not counted twice.
VRChat rarely records why. Warden posts a private ticket so the moderator adds the reason; the current reason stays clean and every edit is kept in the case history.
Discord bans, kicks and timeouts from the server audit log become cases too, with links back to the original log message.
Every recorded action for one VRChat or Discord account in your group, matched by account ID, never by display name. No shared blacklist between groups.
Estimated attendance from periodic checks of linked staff accounts, weekly totals, and moderation attributed to staff only where VRChat names the moderator.
Start, end, duration, peak observed players, moderation totals and staff participation per instance, with comparisons once enough history exists.
Spam and raid alerts, scam-link and malicious-link checks, a first-48-hours link restriction for new members, and alerts for risky server changes.
The Guestbook, Time Capsules and Crimson Radio suggestions, all moderated by your staff before anything is published.
Honest by design
VRChat's audit log doesn't record reasons, and presence can only be sampled. Warden labels external facts, staff-entered notes and estimates differently, and never fills a gap with a guess.
The website shows records. It does not kick or ban anyone: moderation stays with your staff in VRChat and Discord.

Setup
Proves who you are. It doesn't give access to any group.
Then activate a license or an approved trial.
Only the owner or someone with Manage Server can. No Administrator permission is requested.
Give Warden's audit account a role that can view the audit log. No VRChat passwords are shared.
Then invite your staff with expiring, rank-limited links.
